The City is a short 15 minute drive from the Airport. You'll get to see our beautifully manicured CBD which is referred to as a 'City in a Garden'.AIRPORT ARRIVALS: - All booking times MUST reflect your flights, scheduled time of arrival. (E.g. If your flight is arriving at 07:00am, you MUST book for 07:00am) - Please ensure to correctly specify your drop off location, flight number, arrival time & terminal (T1 International OR T2 Domestic), mobile contact number and FULL name in your booking details. These details are mandatory. - We will meet & greet you at the arrivals gate/baggage carousel, displaying a sign with your surname & flight number. Please ensure you greet your driver before collecting your luggage so we know you have arrived. - Domestic Arrivals: Driver will arrive, 10 minutes after landing. - International Arrivals: Drivers will arrive, 30 minutes after landing due to security screening process. - Strictly NO eating, drinking, smoking or vaping allowed.HOTEL PICKUPS: - Please ensure to enter your pickup location correctly, including the Name of the hotel. City centre only. - Please ensure you have allowed enough time to the airport, check-in and security. We are not responsible if you miss your flight due to poor timing. - Strictly NO eating, drinking, smoking or vaping allowed.
