    the activity begins with a guided tour of the brewery, where you can closely observe the beer production phases, from the sourcing of raw materials to fermentation and bottling. You will discover the secrets of creating high-quality craft beers and discover the varieties of malts, hops and yeasts used to achieve unique and distinctive flavours.

    During your visit, you will also have the chance to meet the brewery's expert brewers, who will share their knowledge and answer your questions about craft beer. You will learn to recognize different styles of beer and evaluate their sensory characteristics, such as aroma, color and body.
