One day cheese making and tasting experience
Overview
I was born and raised in these places, my ancestors already lived here as did the family that owns the farmhouse that hosts us.
Over the years we have carried out agricultural activities that have expanded rural knowledge. The profession of hiking guide has taught me how to best narrate my territory.
A day as a Shepherd is an immersion in uncontaminated places and with boundless landscapes, full of ancient and authentic history. It will be possible to rediscover flavors and sensations that are now far from everyday life.
Making a cheese with your own hands and with the milk milked from the animals that live a few meters away strengthens the relationship with the territory and the experience, from which you can also take home the piece of cheese you made!!
