This is a unique, once in a lifetime plant medicine making workshop and experience you will not find anywhere else! Guests have shared with me time and time again how impactful this experience has been for them. My expertise over the last decade, and my passion for emotional, mental and spiritual well-being is highlighted within this experience. What To Expect
Embark on a unique plant spirit remedy experience you won’t find anywhere else! You’ll learn how to create energetic plant remedies, otherwise known as flower/plant essences in the beautiful landscape of the Sandia Mountains.
In our modern-day world, we often refer to ourselves as “separate” from nature. However, we have simply lost our connection to ourselves, the land, the plants and the animals. Studies have shown that communing with nature reduces stress/anxiety, lowers blood pressure and stress hormone levels, reduces nervous system arousal, enhances immune system function, increases self-esteem and improves mood.
Each plant and flower carry an energetic frequency just like us. By quieting the mind and understanding the language of your own body (somatics), you’ll understand the way in which these frequencies speak with your own body and therefore find the plant that resonates with you. You'll take home your own essence!
Flower Essences are the most sustainable type of plant medicine, requiring little to no harvesting due to their energetic nature. You’ll discover the way in which these essences support your emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
