If the pickup is at a hotel we will be waiting the travelers at the lobby. The travelers will not be receiving a call since they are on vacation and it’s a private tour. Our car and driver will always be there earlier than scheduled.If the pick up is at the port or airport, our driver will be holding a sign with their name.
