This course focuses on the following content:

- Bike setup – seating position and damping
- Basic position and line of sight
- Hill start
- Braking techniques – safe and low-wear
- Switching technology for clean gear changes
- Curve technology - large and small radii
- Front and rear wheel lifting

The aim is to improve riding skills by practicing the content and to be able to apply it practically when mountain biking on trails in the mountains.
