Head to 1888 Chop House for a signature dish in the hotel's signature restaurant. In the Vermillion Room you'll have a chance to learn from a chef and taste another great pairing before heading to your last stop, Stock Food & Drink, for a decadent dessert and locally roasted coffee. Along the way, you’ll engage with the culinary team, enjoy stories of the history, art, and architecture brought to life by our guide.
