We will continue on our way to VIC, the regional capital, and a historical-industrial center of Catalonia. We go through the medieval center of the city, from the Placa Major, the most attractive urban enclave of the medieval nucleus, to the Palau dels Montcada and the ruins of an ancient Roman temple from the 2nd century AD. In this area we can see Gothic-style buildings such as Casa Beuló or more modern styles such as Casa Tolosa. VIC has one of the most prestigious museums of episcopal art in the world, only comparable to the Vatican museum in Rome.
