The experience begins with a tour of the nearby La Boquería market.
With a rainbow of top-quality produce and diverse blend of aromas, it’s hardly surprising that it is saturated by tourists, making it all the more useful to have a local guide you through the hustle and bustle. The guide will explain to you about traditional foods and the most popular Catalans products as well.
After that we come back to our gastronomic space in order to go ahead to make the cooking workshop.
All carefully prepared to perfection, the sampling menu consists of a spectacular array of ten “Tapas”, originating from various cities within Spain. The chef will explain the history of Spanish cuisine through these “Tapas”.
After that we will be ready to start the cooking class.
As a menu we will cook Seafood Paella, Spanish Omelet and Crema Catalana for dessert. Enjoy excellent regional wines.
Includes drinks throughout the activity, in the Tapas, in the cooking class and in the Menu.

What To Expect
Premium cooking class with professional chef. Zero kilometer products. All participants cook all the dishes on the Menu. For example, a Paella is cooked for every 3 participants.
In an emblematic place in Barcelona. In the historic center of the city. It is an 18th century apartment that belongs to a Catalan aristocracy family, completely renovated and maintaining all its majesty.
It includes a tour of the La Boquería market you will do with our chef that you will do with our chef and he will explain from anecdotes about the sellers themselves to the history of Catalan gastronomy and its traditions.
Also included is a tasting of 10 Tapas accompanied by different wines and an explanation of Spanish gastronomy through these Tapas.
The cooking workshop is designed so that each participant is involved in the experience, the chef and his assistant will participate with them by giving some instructions in the cooking process.
As a menu we will cook Seafood Paella, Spanish Omelet and Crema Catalana for dessert. Once everything is ready, it will be served on an Imperial table.
It is an experience for VIP clients, they are small groups of 11 participants.
