Imagine trying the best jamón ibérico in Spain, savoring its delicate flavor, its soft and juicy texture, and its characteristic aroma that will transport you to the pasture. During the tasting you will have the opportunity to try all the different types and qualities of Iberian ham, from the softest and sweetest to the most intense and tasty, while we explain the differences between each one of them.
One of our experts will guide you during the tasting, explaining the different cuts of ham and the curing methods for each of them.You will be able to discover and notice on your palate how the pig's diet, its breed and the climate influence the flavor and quality of the jamón ibérico.
