What To Expect

Have you ever dared to combine a gastronomic ice cream with typical Apulian products?
After a warm welcome and a short presentation, the master ice cream maker Giordy Babbo will start with an explanation of what the world of ice cream is, with particular attention to the new trend in the gastronomic world; after which you will begin to produce two flavors of ice cream with his help. Tomato sorbet, cucumber, mint and melon, burratina with caramelized figs ... these are just some of the flavors that you can find in this unforgettable experience. The tastes alternate according to the seasonality of the available products, something that the master has always cared about for a long time, since it is important to use natural and fresh products, at km0.
After the preparation there will be the most awaited part: the tasting of the ice cream just produced and presented by Giordy's expert hands. At the end of the course a certificate and an apron of the Academy will be issued, to take us back home with you.
