We have a 1 hours drive to get to our first stop, the Carter House, St. George. On the way down you receive full commentary on all sites of interest that you will pass. You will get an overview of the Island, more of Bermuda's history & culture. Some places of interest include: The Royal Naval Dockyard, The Somerset Bridge (the smallest drawbridge in the world), a South Shore drive overlooking some of our pink sand beaches.

That will go really nice with one of Bermuda's national drinks: the Bermuda Rum Swizzle or the Dark & Stormy. There's also shopping or a bit more exploring to do right there in King's Square (Town Hall or the State House) if you wish.

Royal Naval Dockyard

On the way back to the Dockyard, we continue with more commentary on Bermuda and more points of interest. Driving along the Middle Road we pass the Warwick Academy: founded in 1662, is said to be the longest continually functioning private school in the Western Hemisphere. We then will pass 5 Star Island – situated in Little Sound, owned by the Engelhorn Family from Germany. Returning to the Dockyard (a different change of scenery) wraps up the completion of a great successful day.
