At this family-run restaurant, they don't host regular cooking classes, but they’re opening their doors just for us! In addition to the restaurant, they have a bar that’s a local favorite, where you’ll see people playing cards, watching the game on TV, and chatting. It’s a slice of local life that’s hard to find in big cities, even in Italy! We’ll spend about three hours here, making pasta verde for lasagna from scratch, preparing traditional Bolognese ragù, and enjoying a delicious lunch together.

In the early afternoon, we’ll meet Davide and Massimiliano, two young winemakers who continue the family tradition started by their grandfather, producing wines with great passion. Their winery is small, producing limited quantities, but the quality is exceptional, driven by their love for the local territory. We’ll explore their estate, the vineyards, and the cellar, before tasting some of their finest wines.
