What To Expect

The art of fresh pasta was born at home, on the kitchen table. Learning to cook at the home of a real local «Sfoglina» is a wonderful way to get to know the true Bolognese tradition.

You will learn how to prepare fresh egg pasta typical of Bologna and you will discover the secrets of regional Bolognese cuisine.
After the lesson, taste the fruit of your labor, accompanying it with some local wine. This Sfoglina experience will instantly make you feel at home.

The Bolognese cooking class is private and only your group will participate.
One of our staff will welcome you and take you to the Sfoglina home.
