What To Expect
I come to you with four exceptional Bordeaux wines, a dedicated cheese and charcuterie board for each wine, and a passion to share. I’ll guide you step by step through the art of wine tasting, using simple words and a lively, down-to-earth approach.
Together, we’ll learn how to observe, smell, and taste wine—without jargon or pressure. Each wine (1 white, 3 reds) is carefully selected to represent Bordeaux’s most iconic appellations. Every wine is paired with its own gourmet board, designed to enhance aromas and create perfect harmony.
I bring everything: glasses, wines, learning materials, and generous boards… All you have to do is relax and enjoy.
To end the experience, I’ll surprise you with a little game: the last red wine is served blind, in black glasses. A fun way to challenge your senses and put into practice what you’ve just learned.
By the end of the tasting, you’ll have solid foundations to better appreciate wine, understand Bordeaux, pair food and wine confidently… and, above all, the desire to share moments like this again.
