Enjoy a friendly atmosphere, meet new people, and feel healthier and more balanced!
The classes are fine, even with a little bit of summer rain, but we will cancel in case of heavy rain. You can rebook or get a full refund, if the class is cancelled.

What To Expect
Awaken and align your body with this nourishing and revitalizing yoga flow on Brighton's seafront and parks. We will focus on oiling the joints, balancing the breath, building strength and fluidity, and stretching out any stiffness throughout the body.
Class locations:
Monday morning 8 - 8:45 AM on the pebbles behind the Meeting Point Cafe.
Tuesday Lunchtime Class 12:30 - 1:15 PM at St. Ann's Wells Garden.
Thursday Evening 6 - 7 PM on Hove Lawns opposite Brunswick Square.
I will send you a pin with the exact location after booking.
This is a beginner-friendly yoga flow. All levels are welcome!
Please bring your mat, water, and any yoga props you would like to use!
I will display a big, colorful orange banner and a flag with the logo to ensure you find me.
