What To Expect
Spend an unforgettable afternoon on the Danube river with sightseeing from a super stable raft boat. See the city from a special point of view, without the crowdedness of the most popular places.
We start our ride from the Northern section of Budapest and as we paddle down along the twist of the river, we pass by all the main attractions, which are perfectly visible from the river. You will see the magnificent Parliament, paddle under all the historical bridges, admire the ridges of the Buda hills as they rise above the city. At the end of our trip we arrive at an intimate bar on the river bank, surrounded by a natural reserve and calm waters. The bar works during the summer months.
This is a fully guided tour so I will tell stories about the sights and their role in the history of Budapest.
We provide safety vests and all equipment needed. The boat we use is made for white water adventures, so super stable and almost impossible to tip over.

The maximum weight capacity for kayaking is 340 lbs / 154 kg.
Nov 2021No experience is necessary! Beginners are welcome on all of our kayak tours. Most of our guests have never been in a sea kayak before. Anyone in average physical condition may join a kayak tour. If you can hike or bike, you can paddle our sea kayaks. You do not need any swimming skills either.
The only prerequisite is a healthy spirit of curiosity and adventure.
Regardless of age or skill level you will find that our expeditions offer enough flexibility to make your experience with us safe and rewarding. We will show you proper sea kayaking technique and water safety before leaving the beach. And your expert guides will be with you throughout the adventure to give you pointers and improve your skills.
