Meeting and Pickup
- Pickup time will be received one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm, each hotel has a different pickup time, please check your mail including SPAM folder.- If we do not have pick-up availability from your accommodation you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel.- Meeting points for travelers who are on airbnb, hotels outside our pickup area or any other location we can not reach:- Meeting point in Cancun: outside the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel on Tulum Avenue- Meeting point in Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no pick up from any hotel or airbnb.- Pickup time is set according to your location and tour availability.Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel.- Depending on availability and area of your hotel hours may change.- We do not offer pickup service at any airbnb or private addresses.
