What To Expect
Our Mayan Ancestors used to drink hot Chocolate in this lands over than 3000 years ago. In this special class with a local Chef, you will learn all the history and the legends behind one of the most loved products all over the world.
This experience consist in a small group cooking class of 2 hours where you will be able to use all your senses, touching, tasting and smelling all the fresh ingredients we will need to do a perfect chocolate bar, at the end you can take your own bars back home to share it with your friends and family.
We are going to welcoming you with a special cocoa drink made with the same chocolate we make here, with the highest quality standards.
Then we are going to provide you all the ingredients to make your own chocolate bar, guided by the Chef, who is going to share with you all the secrets to make a perfect balance chocolate bar in a fun an a very interesting way.
