We pick you up in vans equipped with air conditioning, we have the best service in the state, the water to drink is purified and the food is prepared with the highest standards of hygiene. Please feel completely safe with our zip lines which cover the highest safety worldwide standards.
We recommend to bring a towel with you and comfortable close shoe, you must use biodegradable sunblock.

The experience is so incredible that it takes you to live the Mayan jungle in its three terrains, in the air, in the water, and on land. It is important to mention that you need to be 18 years old and above to drive your own ATV.

Meeting and Pickup
If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time.This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am.The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm.The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.

- For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
- While participating in the activity, you cannot bring cameras of any kind, drones, or valuables things.
- It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, towel, closed shoes, bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen and repellent, sunglasses and bandana.
- Maximum weight 300 pounds for ATV´s and 270 pounds for ziplines
- In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.
- In case someone offer you an upgrade plus before your travel date please contact customer care department.
- ATV Insurance is included, you don´t need to pay extra fee
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
