The day's itinerary includes: ATV tour, zipline circuit, horseback riding, hanging bridges, interactive cenote swim, regional snack, tequila tasting and water.

Meeting and Pickup
- The time shown on your ticket is NOT the pick-up time or the tour start time.- You will receive your pickup time the day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm. Each hotel has a different pickup time. Please check your email, including your SPAM folder.- If you choose the 8:00 am option, you will be picked up between 8:00 and 10:00 am. If you choose the 11:00 am option, you will be picked up between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. This depends on the hotel where you are staying, and you will be notified of your pickup time 1 day before the tour.- If we don't have pickup available at your accommodation, you'll be assigned the meeting point closest to your hotel.- Meeting points for travelers staying on Airbnb, hotels outside our pickup area, or any location we can't reach:- Meeting point in Cancun: outside the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel on Tulum Avenue- Meeting point in Playa del Carmen: Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen- Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no pick-up at any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point is at Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen.- Pickup time is based on your location and tour availability.- Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pickup location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel.- For the Playa del Carmen area, reservations are subject to availability.- Depending on availability and the area of your hotel, hours may change.- We do not offer pickup service from any Airbnb or private addresses.

- Subject to availability, changes or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will incur an extra charge of USD 15 per person
- We do not offer pick-up service at any Airbnb or private addresses
- Extra charges for the purchase of souvenirs, photos, or any other extra purchase may have an additional amount of 16% VAT. Any extra charges during the experience are completely unrelated to our company
- Our company is not responsible for guarantees or charges for inclusions not mentioned in the contracted package, such as souvenirs, photos and any extra purchases during the tour inside and outside our facilities
- Once inside the park, the activities take approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors. In addition, the transfer time to and from your hotel must be considered
- If you are bringing a baby between 1 and 3 years old, you must mention it in your reservation
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers
