Meeting and Pickup
If your hotel isn't listed, please inform us where you're staying so our team can arrange a convenient meeting point and pick-up time for you.We offer two tour schedules: the morning tour, with pick-ups in the Cancun and Playa del Carmen zones between 8:00 to 8:30 am, and in the Tulum zone between 7:00 to 8:00 am. Our second option is the noon tour, with pick-ups in the Cancun and Playa del Carmen zones between 12:00 to 12:30 pm, and in the Tulum zone between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We'll arrive at the park approximately 1.5 hours after pick-up.The exact pick-up time will be communicated by our representative via email or text message. For Tulum hotels and Airbnb accommodations, the designated meeting point is the Super Aki Tulum Supermarket downtown. Please plan accordingly for your transportation needs.
