The driver will take you safely to your hotel, ensuring your well-being at all times and allowing you to get off the vehicle only in the hotel lobby. For transfers from the hotel to the airport, a driver will be waiting for you 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
It is *IMPORTANT* to let us know your flight information so that we can wait for you at the correct terminal, because the Cancun Airport has 4 different Terminals and avoid inconveniences.
Our assistance team will assist you with your boarding and luggage with our assigned operator, who will be in charge of taking you safely and efficiently to your destination.
