Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide your exact pick-up time. Please make sure to add your hotel name to your reservation. We kindly ask you to be in the lobby at least 10 minutes before your pick-up time. Our driver, wearing a white polo and blue or khaki pants, will come to the lobby and call out your name. Please note that the driver can only wait up to 5 minutes.If your hotel is between Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen, consider selecting the Mayan Riviera booking option.

Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime! We'll pick you up from your hotel in our comfortable vans and take you on a journey through the heart of the jungle. You'll be driving an all-terrain vehicle through the mud and dust of the jungle trails, setting your own pace on a circuit through the dense jungle.Fly through the air with a series of zip lines and hanging bridges for a truly unique view of the high jungle and the wildlife that you can only see from the air. We'll finish the activity with a swim in a special cenote since it is a cavern where the formations are unique and spectacular.And there's more!
