Meeting and Pickup
OPERATING DAYS: WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY AND SUNDAY. You may travel in a van or a bus Pickup at your hotel or nearest meeting point depending where are you located. Contact us to know your pickup information. You will be refused access to the activity on signs of intoxication, with no refund issued A 500-700 Pesos fee applies for returned items delivered to Cancun hotels, for other locations, collect at our office For customers in Tulum: the unique meeting point is the "Super Aki Supermarket" If you were provided with a meeting point, you are responsible for finding the appropriate transportation to reach the specified meeting point Children under 4 and under 100 cm tall can join for free This tour is wheelchair-friendly, but companions must assist with lifting as staff cannot handle clients.
