Overview
Our first stop is Punta Sam reef for the first snorkel, to visit the Underwater Museum or MUSA, for 45 minutes then sailing away to Isla Mujeres, where we will sail through all the most interesting points of the island, including Puerto Shelter, included our beach club where we have a beach and pool, also have our buffet lunch, then have free time to go to Playa Norte to relax and snorkel and later we go to the beautiful downtown of Isla Mujeres for a shopping tour, finally it is time to get back to our terrace around 5:00 pm to the catamaran and on board while you are going back dancing and having an open bar while you see the sunset.
The snorkel activity can not be available if the weather or if the sea waves are too strong. There will be times that childrens or even adults wont be able to participate if the weather is too harsh. The customer safety is the number 1 concern

Meeting and Pickup
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach:Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum AvenueThe pick up time is set acording to your location, pick up start at 7:00 am and depending on the location the pick up time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the serviceThe price of this Catamaran works only for the Cancun area, passing the Hotel Comfort Inn is another area In case that you are staying at a hotel past the Comfort Inn, a balance will be charged upon arrival at Check Inn. If the Customer wants to arrive at the marina by it's own, they need to take in mind that the parking near the marina is limited. They would have to arrive early in order to find a near parking spot.
What To Expect
An incredible catamaran! This is the only tour that will take you to the secret parts of the island, unexplored by other tours, we are also one of the few, due to our shallow boats, that will dock at Playa Norte, "the most beautiful beach on the Isla Mujeres ". The adventure begins after you are picked up from your hotel and taken to the Punta Sam ferry terminal, and before boarding the catamaran, here you will have your light breakfast after a quick check-in. Here the first dive will be made and the reef formed around sculptures created by various artists and that were submerged will be observed, then we will go to Isla Mujeres, where we will navigate through all the points most interesting places on the island, including Puerto Refugio. and Punta Sur, including our beach club where we have a beach and pool, we also have our buffet lunch, then we have free time to go to Playa Norte to relax and snorkel and then we go to the beautiful center of Isla Mujeres to do some shopping. tour Finally, we will return to the catamaran around 5:00 pm, while we return in a party atmosphere and open bar and you watch the sunset.

Yes, we allow pregnant women to go on snorkeling. However, it’s crucial to consult with your healthcare provider before doing so to assess your individual health and pregnancy stage.
Jan 2022Yes, this is possible, as long as you are comfortable going into the water. All City Boat Tours snorkeling tours adhere to strict safety regulations and have been designed to be enjoyed by all.
Your safety is our #1 priority, which is why:
- You will be wearing a flotation device at all times.
- On many tours, there is a stairway from the boat into the water so you won’t have to “jump” in!
- There are trained staff in the water and watching from the boat at all times.
For these reasons, we believe that even non-swimmers can have a wonderful time on our snorkeling trips, however, the final judgment call is yours to make. Please note we do not give refunds if you decide not to snorkel on the trip.
Oct 2021The snorkel gear we use on City Boat Tours tours is high quality and for your protection, the equipment is sanitized after each use. However, if you feel more comfortable using your own snorkeling equipment, feel free to bring it on the tour. Please note, there is no discount for providing your own equipment and we can’t be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Oct 2021There are no legal age limits for snorkeling. We have found that age 5 or 6 is a good age to learn the basics of snorkeling, however, it’s entirely up to individuals to make the best choice for their family.
