Meeting and Pickup
The day of departure we will pick you up at the hotel lobby, we wait for 10 to 15 minutes, after that time if the client does not appear we proceed to retire. In services of arrival and departure if the client does not show up we will mark the service as "no show" (We do not issue refunds in case of no show)
