Meeting and Pickup
We pick up travelers at the Super Aki Tulum (main entrance) at 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM to take them to our marina in Cancún.Please wait for direct confirmation from us to ensure your reservation. We kindly ask that bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your spot.For last-minute reservations, please wait for our confirmation as soon as possible.
What To Expect
We set sail on a luxury catamaran for about an hour towards Isla Mujeres, enjoying breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the warmth of the sun, and the refreshing ocean breeze. Onboard, you’ll have access to a premium open bar with unlimited drinks, making the journey even more enjoyable.
Upon arriving at Isla Mujeres, our first stop is El Meco Reef, a stunning underwater paradise and part of the famous MUSA Underwater Museum. Here, you’ll have around 90 minutes of snorkeling, where you can admire vibrant marine life, colorful corals, and the fascinating submerged sculptures that make this spot truly unique. Our expert guides ensure a safe and fun experience, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced snorkeler.
After snorkeling, we head to our exclusive beach club, where you’ll enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring a variety of local and international dishes. You’ll then have around two hours of free time to relax in the club’s lounge chairs, take a swim in the crystal-clear waters, or sip on your favorite cocktail from the premium open bar. If you prefer, you can explore Isla Mujeres on your own, discovering its charming streets, colorful shops, and famous Playa Norte

Jan 2022Yes, this is possible, as long as you are comfortable going into the water. All City Boat Tours snorkeling tours adhere to strict safety regulations and have been designed to be enjoyed by all.
Your safety is our #1 priority, which is why:
- You will be wearing a flotation device at all times.
- On many tours, there is a stairway from the boat into the water so you won’t have to “jump” in!
- There are trained staff in the water and watching from the boat at all times.
For these reasons, we believe that even non-swimmers can have a wonderful time on our snorkeling trips, however, the final judgment call is yours to make. Please note we do not give refunds if you decide not to snorkel on the trip.
Oct 2021The snorkel gear we use on City Boat Tours tours is high quality and for your protection, the equipment is sanitized after each use. However, if you feel more comfortable using your own snorkeling equipment, feel free to bring it on the tour. Please note, there is no discount for providing your own equipment and we can’t be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Oct 2021There are no legal age limits for snorkeling. We have found that age 5 or 6 is a good age to learn the basics of snorkeling, however, it’s entirely up to individuals to make the best choice for their family.
