We offer round-trip transportation service to all our travelers who stay in most hotels in Cancun (Hotel Zone and Center), Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen (Only to Playacar.For some hotels or lodging centers (located west of Avenida Tulum, or south of Avenida Las Torres) in the city of Cancun, a meeting point applies.Some hotels in the Riviera Maya do not allow access to the property, so a meeting point will apply at the entrance or closest access.If your hotel is not listed, please contact us to arrange your transportation service.NOTE: Pickup time varies depending on hotel location. Lakes that change color during different seasons of the year depending on the concentration of sodium and microorganisms.
