- If you are a guest of the hotel Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park
- The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green City Boat Tours purchase receipt.
- Travelers will be excluded from the activities due to a medical condition such as a body cast. If they want to go, they can pay their entrance fee (same price) and can stay in the rest area.
