We ask you to indicate the hotel where you are staying in the special requirements box and also with your email. This service has 2 schedules: Classic and Deluxe Option. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message.For this tour, we do not have departures on the 30th of each month due to Whale Shark Conservation Day. It is important to mention that for TULUM option this service is only bookable for Monday and Saturdays.You will receive confirmation at the time of booking, unless you reserve 7 days or less before the trip. In that case you will receive confirmation within 48 hours, provided there is availability.To organize the tour, a minimum number of passengers is necessary. It is possible that the tour is canceled after confirmation if there is not a sufficient number of passengers. In the event that this happens, you will be offered the option to make the excursion on another date or you will be refunded the full amount.Please select round trip from Cancun if your hotel is in hotel zone of Cancun, Playa mujeres, downtown and Riviera Cancun. If you are in Puerto Morelos or Playa del Carmen select Playa del Carmen option. And if your hotel is between Xcaret and Super Aki Tulum please select roundtrip from Tulum.

What To Expect

Isla Mujeres

This adventure starts early when our team picks you up in the lobby of your hotel around 5 or 6 am. Get ready to discover an incredible and unforgettable experience.You will aboard a boat that will take you by the Caribbean Sea to the famous Island of Women, where in the course we will stop at a point where this famous and beautiful creature, the whale shark, is located.You will go down to swim with the shark in couple, 2 to 3 sessions per person depending on how much whale sharks there are. You'll be given your gear and you're ready to swim.At the end of this activity we will go to the North Beach of Isla Mujeres where you can enjoy a snack that includes a mexican ceviche.We will return to the boat to head back to your hotel after this great adventure.Unfortunately we can´t guarantee the whale shark sightseeing but in most of the cases we find them. If we find less than 5 shark whale, we will make only the sightseeing.
