Spend a day in paradise at Xcaret, an eco-archaeological park located in the Riviera Maya. Discover an underground maze of rivers where Mayans once prepared for ceremonial rites, frolic in a lagoon, and snorkel in clear Caribbean waters. Keep your eyes peeled for birds, butterflies and monkeys as you wander the lush forested grounds and visit archaeological sites. When the sun goes down, settle in for a spectacular show of lights, music and dance highlighting Mayan history and culture. Convenient pickup and drop-off from most Cancun hotels are included.
The Plus Ticket includes buffet, one beer and access to Plus facilites.

Meeting and Pickup
*** This is an official product of Grupo Xcaret *** 1. During the booking process, please select your pick up location, then select the radio button that says "Please pick me up at" and select "I don't see my pick up location" from the drop down box, then enter the name of the hotel in the box below so you can easily locate your hotel. 2. If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to enter your exact address including street name, street number, house number, county, postcode and city. 3. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes. 4. To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 24 hours prior to the purchased visit date. 5. The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will call out the name of the tour. 6. Upon pick up, please present your printed or digital voucher, photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase to board the bus and receive a wristband to enter the park. 7. You must arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location. Notes: a. Please let us know if you do not require transport. b. We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest, as some hotels have policies that do not allow visitors onto the premises. c. If you do not have a hotel at the time you purchase your ticket, you must contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your park visit to coordinate your pickup with us. d. Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.
