Meeting and Pickup
We offer round-trip transportation service to all our travelers who stay in Cancún (downtown and hotel zone).Some hotels do not allow access to the property, so a meeting point will apply at the entrance or closest access.If your hotel is not listed, please contact us to arrange your transportation service.NOTE: You choose a preferred pickup time when making your reservation. Remember that for domestic flights you must be at least 2 hours in advance at the airport, or for international flights you must be at the airport 3 hours in advance.
What To Expect
We will take you in the safest and most comfortable way from your hotel to the Cancun airport. (Capacity of up to 9 passengers).
What vehicle will transport me?
When you make your reservation, we will contact you. We will give you all the details about your reservation, as well as the vehicle and the name of the driver who will pick you up. We choose the vehicles according to their availability.

Does the driver come for me, or do I have to see it in a specific location?
The driver will come for you at the place and time that you have shared with us. Make sure you are on time. There will be a maximum waiting time of 20 minutes.
How do you know which part of the airport you will drop me off at?
Your flight number contains all the information, and the terminal where you will board is also located. You just enjoy the road, we will leave you until the door of your terminal.
