Meeting points:We offer pick up from any hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone and Costa Mujeres, but we also offer meeting points for travelers staying in other areas in Cancun, for travelers staying in AirB&B, hostels or downtown Hotels the meeting point Oasis Smart, Tulum Av.The pickup time is set according to the distance to your hotel or meeting point, The exact time is sent to you on the booking confirmation.The last Hotel where we can pick up customers is Hampton Inn By Hilton Cancun, if you are located at other hotel. If you are in a hotel passing this point mentioned, you must approach to be able to provide you with transportation.
What To Expect
Parasail (Fly)
In Parasail Cancun participants can enjoy a panoramic view 80 meters from height over the unprecedented Caribbean Sea. It's a safe, comfortable and fun, with 10 minutes of effective flight.
Snorkel (Swim)
You will observe colorful fish, living coral reef, turtles in their habitat natural and an impressive shipwreck, are waiting for you on this two-hour walk in these, where the entire area does not go over 4 meters deep, with warm waters, calm and very light sea currents. Our first and second stops are the reef, and a couple of art galleries from the MUSA subaquatic museum... thirdly we go to some grasslands where we look for turtles eating in their natural environment and finally, we take you to a sunken boat that is full of coral and fish. 100 minutes
Waver Runer (Ride)
Complete your day with a 30-minute trip to the sea aboard a jet ski. Go as fast as you can and get your adrenaline pumping with a fantastic ride on a Wave Runner.
Take in mind that is added the transportation time for 30 - 60 minutes per trip depend on the location of your hotel.
Important: You must to know the total duration are 4 hours with transportations.

Dec 2021Although it is best for you to be comfortable in the water, you do not have to know how to swim. Each guest is provided with a buoyancy compensator (BC) that will assist with flotation.
Apr 2023Yes, the minimum age to parasail is 6 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel. At City Boat Tours safety is our number one priority. The minimum weight required for parasailing is roughly 90 pounds. If the flyer is less than 90 pounds, they will simply fly tandem with someone not to exceed roughly 450 pounds combined weight. Weight requirements may differ due to wind conditions.
