Meeting and Pickup
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach:Cancun Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancun (mall) and Wyndham Garden Cancun DowntownPlaya Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support)Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be at Aloft Tulum (this is the only meeting point available on Tulum area).The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am (in Playa del Carmen, pickups start at 09:00 am), the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

- All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat. You need to have ID to confirm the age of the child
- It is not possible to change the date on the day of your visit
- If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green City Boat Tours purchase receipt.
