We will be monitoring your flight and your departure terminal until you depart... After you clear immigration, baggage claim and customs, you will see timeshare and transportation vendors along the hallway, they will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and keep walking) Look for the tour team after you exit through the main sliding door, we will be waiting there for you to exit to the waiting room with all the other transfer companies. - The company representative will meet you and welcome you holding a tablet with your name written on it. wearing a long green shirt. **If your reservation is with the white van, the driver will be wearing a long green shirt. **If your reservation is in our Black Car Luxury Services the driver is wearing a long black shirt Please go straight through the exit doors (MARKED GROUND TRANSPORT AND TAXIS) If any representative from other agencies or hotels tries to stop you THERE ARE MANY SCAMMERS Please do not stop. - If your Airline is « Volaris, Viva Aerobus or Magnicharter » After passing immigration go straight until you find the first automatic door (LOOK FOR THE SIGN FOR TRANSPORT AND TAXIS SERVICES) and turn right, Once outside the building the company representative will be in front of the « Welcome Bar Kiosk » he will be waiting for you in front with a Tablet with your name on it. - If your flight lands in Terminal 3 Once you pass through immigration (LOOK FOR THE SIGN FOR TRANSPORTATION AND TAXI SERVICES) Once outside the building continue straight and the company representative will be waiting for you at the corner of the «MargaritaVille Bar» with a tablet with your name on it. - If your flight lands in Terminal 4 After passing through immigration continue straight until you find the first automatic door and turn left towards the exit doors (LOOK FOR THE SIGN FOR TRANSPORTATION AND TAXI SERVICES) «Not in the Family and Friends Area please do not be confused». The company representative will be in front of platform «C» waiting for you with a tablet with your name on it. Our drivers and company representatives wear an apple green shirt and black pants.
What To Expect
Once you have booked your transportation, it is 100% confirmed. We will be checking the status of your flight at all times. It is very important that if you change flights, you let us know in advance with a minimum of 12 hours in advance so that we can change your reservation without problems. If you did not let us know that you are arriving on a different flight, there will surely be an additional cost for waiting for you a second time because we will wait for you on the original flight of the reservation if you do not let us know.
Once you land at the Cancun Airport, the company representative will send you a WhatsApp message to tell you specifically the place where they are waiting for you. Do not worry, we will be waiting for you even if your flight is delayed.
When you are with the Representative of our company, he will take you with your driver and take care of you until you reach the hotel.
