We will be monitoring your flight and its output terminal until you come out... After you clear immigration, Luggage claim and customs, you will see timeshare and transportation vendors along the hall, they will try to offer free tours and assistance with your transfers PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and keep walking) Look for tour team after you exit the main sliding door, we will be waiting there for you to come out into the waiting area with all the other transfer companies. • The Representative of the company will meet and greet you holding a tablet with your name written on it. who is wearing a long Green shirt. **If your reservation is with the White VAN the driver is wearing a long Green shirt **If your reservation is in our Black Car Luxury Services the driver is wearing a long Black shirt Please go straight through the exit doors (MARKED GROUND TRANSPORTATION & TAXIS) If any representatives from other agencies or hotels try to stop you THERE IS LOTS OF SCAMMER Please do not stop, and help us to get to our representative (we will be here waiting so please do not believe people saying our team left and will reimburse you, that they are on a call with us, or that we are not there) MEETING POINT AT THE AIRPORT: · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-2 International Airline, Once you are outside the building turn right and look for the “Grab and Go Restaurant” the representative from the company will be waiting for you in front with a Tablet with your name on it. · If your Airline is “Volaris, Viva Aerobus or Magniccharter” After you pass immigration go straight until you find the first automatic gate (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) and turn right, Once you are outside the building the representative from the company will be located in front the “Welcome Bar Kiosk” will be waiting for you in front with a Tablet with your name on it. · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-3 Once you pass Immigration (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) Once you are outside the building go straight and the representative from the company will be waiting for you in the corner of “MargaritaVille Bar” with a Tablet written your name on it. · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-4 After you pass immigration go straight until you find the first automatic gate and turn to left to the exit doors (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) “Not in the Family and Friends Area Please do not confuse.” The representative from the company will be located in front of the Platform “C” waiting for you with a Tablet written your name on it. Our drivers and company representatives are uniform with Apple Green shirt and black pants. Every one of our representatives and drivers has an Authorized Airport Identification Card as well. If it takes you more one hour to leave the terminal after landing because your airline, lost your luggage or for any other reason, if you do not see our driver when you exit the airport, please contact.

Please follow these recommendations when you arrive at the Cancun airport to find our representative who will gladly welcome you and take you to where the operator is to give you transportation to your hotel or destination.

• One of these representatives will be waiting for you duly uniformed with a GO CANCÚN sign and your name written on a virtual tablet.
Important Notice: Before leaving the airport building, you may be contacted by a timeshare agent from a hotel who, for entertaining you and trying to sell you, will tell you to help us contact you after listening to you, we ask you to Please do not be fooled and continue abroad. When leaving the building it could be a bit overwhelming to see a large number of representatives with signs and to be able to contact our representative, we advise you not to lose your cool. Your representative will be waiting for you as long as necessary. In the event that for any reason you cannot find your representative, we suggest you call us at the numbers below, we recommend that you do not let representatives of other carriers try to help you and dial for you. Or they will inform you that your representative has already retired, please ignore if possible check yourself as unofficial and insecure transporters will try to sell you the transfer to your hotel.
All our drivers and representatives are duly uniformed with a phosphorescent green filipina and black pants, both with the STP CARIBE AND GO CANCUN AIRPORT SHUTTLE logo. Each Representative carries an Official identification issued by the Cancun Airport where his name and the name of our company appear.
