Live this unique experience enjoying an unforgettable atmosphere: you will cook a delicious and abundant traditional 4-course Sicilian lunch.
This activity is private and includes the transfer service by air-conditioned car in the Taormina area.
Choosing the freshest ingredient is the first step to cooking a genuine and tasteful Sicilian specialty, that's why you will be accompanied to the local market and traditional shops to learn how to choose the right and fresh ingredients, but only after the typical Sicilian breakfast with Granita and brioche.
After choosing the ingredients, prepare to tie the apron and cook under the watchful eye of the professional chef in a typical and traditional restaurant, who will offer his useful advice along the way to successfully create a typical Sicilian menu.
You will cook an entire menu (appetizer, pasta, main course and dessert) according to local traditions and culinary techniques.

Meeting and Pickup
We will pick up travelers from their accommodation, hotel or port of arrival between 9:30 and 10:00.
What To Expect
The complete menu to be prepared will be established by the chef on the same morning.
We propose a typical example:
Typical Sicilian appetizers: arancini, marinated or Sardinian anchovies, traditional Sicilian caponata, bruschetta, eggplant parmigiana.
First course: traditional Sicilian pasta - "pasta alla norma" (pasta with aubergines, tomatoes and ricotta).
Second course: the fish of the day (tuna, salted fish according to the season).
Dessert: you will prepare traditional Sicilian dessert, cannoli, Sicilian cassata or granita.
Finally, you will sit on a splendid terrace with a panoramic view of the sea, and enjoy your culinary masterpieces of Sicilian cuisine.
Excellent also Sicilian wines and spirits included.
