What To Expect
Sicily is a land of Beauty and Art, among these, its world-renowned cuisine cannot be missing on the food and wine tour.
Learn the art of preparing dishes from our island tradition and discover its unique flavors and influences with a cooking class that will introduce our gastronomic culture in a different way.
It will be engaging to fasten your apron in Catania and prepare our caponata, spaghetti alla norma rolls with the guidance of a professional chef and taste our legendary cannoli.
Finally, it will be nice to sit down with other friends to enjoy the excellent dishes that you yourself have prepared, in a stimulating environment where you have fun cooking, all combined with a good bottle of Sicilian wine...
