Overview
The experience takes place in an authentic XVI century private house in Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) located in the village center. After few steps you can appreciate the stunning view of the village and the sea from the roof terrace on the 3rd floor of the house. The characteristic colored tower-houses are built following the steep orography of the hill and give a fantastic glance above all from the sea.

What To Expect
Do you like Pesto? This is the right class for you to learn how to make it from scratch by mortar ad pestle, according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother.
When Pesto will be ready you can taste it with a plate of pasta which with its taste will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen. Between pleasant chats you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden.
