Procedure when pick up passengers at Orlando International Airport (MCO):Passengers arrive at the Orlando International Airport must receive from the driver or dispatcher a call or text as soon as the plane landed with the driver's name, phone number, and the exactly meeting point. The pick-up area at the Orlando International Airport is at the level 1 on the ground transportation commercial area where you will find the driver assigned for you. The passengers have 45 min in grace from the flight landed. If no text or call is received please call or text the office.If you take the Meet & Greet Service:When you arrive the main terminal, proceed down the escalators to baggage claim where you will find your chauffeur awaiting your arrival. He/she will be standing by at the bottom of the escalators holding a sign with your name clearly displayed. Once you have claimed your bags, your chauffeur will escort you down to the ground transportation concourse for immediate departure. Once you’re in the vehicle you will be whisked away safely and comfortably in your privately chauffeured vehicle. Procedure when pick up passengers at any cruise line at Port Canaveral:Passengers returning from a Cruise must receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation time with the driver's name and phone number, and another call or text when arrived at the parking area outside the cruise terminal. When the Passenger have bags in hand, will confirm to the driver by call or text that are ready to pick up at the commercial parking area.The passengers have 20 min in grace from the reservation time. If no text or call is received please call or text the office.

What To Expect

Please ensure to give us all the information requested when you are booking (e.i. exactly location to pick up and drop off, valid cell phone number, number of passengers, pick up time, etc.). You may contact us by email, WhatsApp, or text messages.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS: FLIGHT INFO MUST BE UP TO DATE TO AVOID MAJOR DELAYS IN AIRPORT PICK UPS: Please turn cell phone on as soon as you land. By the airport authority rules: To enter the airport we must have your up-to-date flight number on file, also so we can monitor your arrival (no need to call if flight is delayed). If after 1 hour (only for domestic flight), from the flight landing time the driver and vehicle must be departing. The same fees apply to any wait time for a 2nd flight that was not pre-arranged & listed on this confirmation in addition to the one we have on file. A pickup from more than 1 terminal will incur an additional $20 entry fee plus any wait charges after 1st terminal pick up (Please understand that we pay a high premium for parking inside airport terminals and we are merely passing on the cost). If we are provided with more than 1 flight to monitor at time of reservations, the latest arriving flight will take precedence where the driver will arrive at its corresponding baggage claim at the updated arrival time. If a flight becomes severely late guests in this case must call the driver as soon as they land allowing 20-30 minutes for pick up.

MEET & GREET PROCEDURE: FROM ORLANDO AIRPORT: Meet the driver who will be holding a sign with the passenger's name displayed inside baggage claim at the bottom of the escalators prior to collecting luggage.
The waiting time for pick up without charge: 45 min after flight landed for National arrivals, 60 min after flight landed for International arrivals, and 15 min for any other pick up.

LOSS AND FOUND PERSONAL ITEMS
You must call us immediately and report the items left behind. We will do our very best to recover your property, however we are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. If we find your items, we will notify you immediately to make arrangements for pickup or delivery. Please note:we may charge a nominal fee for transportation of your belongings to your hotel.

LUGGAGE
The limit of luggage is according with the capacity of each van. (A single stroller is considered a suitcase / double stroller is considered two suitcases).
MAXIMUM LUGGAGE CAPACITY: Please note the maximum bags allowed on the reservation for your reserved vehicle/s (listed is the # of full-size bags. You may add a few small carry-ons) & notify us immediately if you need to upgrade to a larger vehicle in order to avoid major delays, additional charges, & not having a larger vehicle available on the day of service. If you were transported on the first day of service in a vehicle larger than the one reserved, please do not assume that you will be returned in the same size vehicle (you must contact us to upgrade if needed).

Prohibited items include acids, ammunition, animals, combustible liquids, compressed gases, corpses, cremated remains, explosives, firearms of all types, fireworks, flammable liquids, furniture, hazardous materials (poisons, radioactive materials, etc.), materials with a disagreeable odors are strictly prohibited to be checked in or brought on-board.
Oversize Items: A bicycle can be considered as one (1) piece of allowable luggage. Bicycles will be transported when disassembled and contained in wood, leather, canvas or other carrying case that does not exceed 8" x 32" x 60" and which is securely fastened. There is a $25 - $50 fee assessed for excess, oversize, or overweight items.

EXTRA STOPS: Unless pre-arranged, and listed on this confirmation, and due to scheduling constraints, stops between pickups & drop offs will not be permitted and last-minute service add-ons may not be available so please plan ahead.

PICK UP TIMES FROM THE ORLANDO AREA TO PORT CANAVERAL: For guests with a pick up time before 11:00am from the Orlando area, in the rare occasion, may have that time adjusted 15 to 20 minutes later than scheduled when we have a very busy morning and priority is given to those exiting the cruise ships to catch a flight home as we are committed to fulfilling our obligations to returning guests first. We will do our very best to keep your earlier than 11:00am appointment and we will notify you that morning of any possible time adjustment.

CHILD SEATS. Child seats are a request. Use of the child seat is at your own risk, and you release us from any and all liability for any injury whether directly or indirectly caused by us or any other agent assigned by us. If a child seat is requested and not received the only recourse offered will be a credit for the amount charged for the car seat as car seats. Child seat fees have no effect on the transfer itself nor any price paid for such.
The vans are equipage with one car seat (forward face car seat) and one booster seat without charge.
We are using Vans or SUV in our services.
