Overview
We're known for operating the best all-inclusive snorkel experiences on the island of Cozumel. Traveling to some of the most beautiful areas the Caribbean has to offer - including the famous 'El Cielo'. The "Turtle Sanctuary "We aim to visit 3 or 4 different destinations during the tour to give you a taste of what our beautiful island has to offer.
We provide everything you need to enjoy the tour with us, including freshly prepared Mexican snacks and ice-cold drinks. Just turn up and we'll take care of the rest!
Note:Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your sailing time. All times shown are for Cozumel’s local timezone, which may differ to your cruise ship timezone. Check before booking.

Meeting and Pickup
We can make pick up at the hotels piers mentioned above, you only have to pay the pier tax directly at your hotel, our departure is at 9:30 am from downtown, the route to these hotels are after 9:30 am, we can arrive in 15 to 45 minutes depending on the distance from the hotel.Note: The locations we have available at the hotel docks are for the use of the guests of the above-mentioned hotels only, for meeting places for other customers select We have a meeting point in downtown Cozumel at the side of the ferry terminal where the esplanade with the flagpole with two eagles on one side is located. Paulina,Ximena or Alex will be there to welcome you and identify you with the Cozumel Snorkel Center logo.To our clients arriving by cruise ship from the S.S.A and Puerta Maya terminals Select this Option: El Cid la Ceiba hotel which is a few minutes walk from your Puerta Maya terminal and the SSA terminal door mesh only pay the tax of $ 3 per passenger for use of dock and we can gladly pick you up by boat.My partners Karime and Arturo can meet you at the entrance of the hotel La Ceiba to accompany you to board the catamaran and pay your use of the dock directly at the hotel.

What To Expect
We’ll visit some of the most amazing reef locations on the island of Cozumel, including a green turtle sanctuary where we can snorkel alongside peacefully in their natural habitat. We also visit ‘El Cielo’ (‘Heaven’) - an incredible natural starfish sanctuary, filled with many bright red & orange starfish on pristine white sands.
Towards the end of the tour, we’ll move on to Cielito, or ‘Little Heaven’. This is a natural sandbank in crystal clear water, where we can simply relax and enjoy freshly prepared snacks and drinks before cruising back to port with the sunset.

Yes, we allow pregnant women to go on snorkeling. However, it’s crucial to consult with your healthcare provider before doing so to assess your individual health and pregnancy stage.
Jan 2022Yes, this is possible, as long as you are comfortable going into the water. All City Boat Tours snorkeling tours adhere to strict safety regulations and have been designed to be enjoyed by all.
Your safety is our #1 priority, which is why:
- You will be wearing a flotation device at all times.
- On many tours, there is a stairway from the boat into the water so you won’t have to “jump” in!
- There are trained staff in the water and watching from the boat at all times.
For these reasons, we believe that even non-swimmers can have a wonderful time on our snorkeling trips, however, the final judgment call is yours to make. Please note we do not give refunds if you decide not to snorkel on the trip.
Oct 2021The snorkel gear we use on City Boat Tours tours is high quality and for your protection, the equipment is sanitized after each use. However, if you feel more comfortable using your own snorkeling equipment, feel free to bring it on the tour. Please note, there is no discount for providing your own equipment and we can’t be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Oct 2021There are no legal age limits for snorkeling. We have found that age 5 or 6 is a good age to learn the basics of snorkeling, however, it’s entirely up to individuals to make the best choice for their family.
Sep 2021- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
