Enjoy this restful practice, holding yoga poses for a longer duration using props like bolsters and blankets. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga, the union of body and mind. Through the use of binaural music, written in 432 hz (universe vibration), essential oils and props for support, the postures are held almost effortlessly.     We will have a restful practice that is all about slowing down, and opening your body through passive stretching in the studio, at the garden. In this restful practice we will hold yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters. You may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures over the course of 90 minutes.
