    What To Expect

    We will head south, towards the village of Sternes 49km from Heraklion City. For the next 23km get ready for the Cretan Nature! First stop which is the peak of Kofina Mountain, the view will shock you! We will continue in the direction of Koudouma Monastery. Tour of the monastery and preparation for our equipment.

    We have the option of choosing 3 routes, with different degrees of difficulty, shipwreck, secret beach or Agios Kosmas Cave!

    Whichever route we choose, the final destination will make you feel special! We are after all in Crete!

    Return to the monastery, where the cook, Mrs Irini, prepares a meal for us which we will enjoy in the monastery dining room. Before our return, we have time left to relax, but also to swim in the crystal waters of the beach!

    No experience is necessary! Beginners are welcome on all of our kayak tours. Most of our guests have never been in a sea kayak before. Anyone in average physical condition may join a kayak tour. If you can hike or bike, you can paddle our sea kayaks. You do not need any swimming skills either.

    The only prerequisite is a healthy spirit of curiosity and adventure.

    Regardless of age or skill level you will find that our expeditions offer enough flexibility to make your experience with us safe and rewarding. We will show you proper sea kayaking technique and water safety before leaving the beach. And your expert guides will be with you throughout the adventure to give you pointers and improve your skills.
