Meeting and Pickup
Hotel pickup: Outside of the main lobby. Private residence pickup: Outside the address provided. Denver Airport drop off: Level 5, Commercial Vehicles. Denver Airport pickup: Our driver will provide the meeting point to the customer upon plane landing. After the customer collects the luggage they will proceed to the second island outside the baggage claim (level 5) through the door number provided by the driver.
What To Expect
After booking the customer will receive email confirmation. 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time the customer will receive an email with driver's info. On the day of the service the customer will receive a text message notifying that the driver is on the way as well that the driver has arrived to the pickup location.
Hotel / Private Residence pickup:
The car will be outside the main lobby or the address of the private residence up to 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The customer will receive a text message with vehicle description when the driver arrives. All pickups have complementary 15 minute waiting time.
