You will have 2 hours of introductory POLE DANCE composed of: a verbal introduction, Warm-up; mobility and flexibility, Basic pole dance steps, sequence of steps (mini choreography), Free dance and time for photos and videos. In addition to a stretching session before the end of the class to cool down and relax the body
