    What To Expect

    Wear your apron and enjoy a beautiful rustic setting with outdoor kitchen.

    The day will begin with The Chef guiding you through his Authentic Portuguese Delicacies and will teach you the skills required to make delicious foods from all over the different regions of this beautiful country. Each person will have their own utensils and bowls and separate towels and space to work in.

    All our product is locally bought and hand picked by our Chef and will be top quality fresh produce of Fish, meats, vegetables and fruit. Our Wines will be also local Portuguese Wines that we believe are award winning Wines.

    Mid morning we will serve you some tasty light snacks and a complimentary glass of wine. Water with fresh lemons will be available all day.

    The next course will then be prepared in the same style as before, The Chef will be happy to help but ideally each person will be making the food that you will be preparing for your lunch to eat.

    Finally, enjoy a full delicious lunch with your friends and family. Each course will be paired with a glass of fine Portuguese wine. Get ready to live an amazing experience in Algarve.
