If the pick-up is at , a private address or a hotel within the city of Florence, the driver will be at the house number specified in the booking.Drawbacks: In the event that the meeting point is the airport and you miss the connection, being unable to arrive on time and knowing that you will arrive with a long delay, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the arrival time. After this time, you will be allowed to leave, considering the service as a "no show". It is therefore essential to communicate promptly with our customer service, allowing us to adapt the service and ensure a positive experience, even in the event of unexpected events.Baggage: You are allowed to bring 1 medium bag per person.
