Overview

Our activity is not your typical cooking class; it is a new, modern and interactive way to educate consumers about the value of extra virgin olive oil and the entire production chain. During our experience, guests will wear an apron and prepare different dishes with us, which they will then enjoy in a convivial dinner in one of our beautiful olive groves.

    What To Expect

    Once arrived in the splendid setting of the Frantoio, guests will first be guided on a very quick visit to the mill, then they will put on their aprons and will try their hand at an immersive and convivial experience trying to replicate some traditional Tuscan dishes reworked. After cooking together with Federico and Giacomo (the latest generation of the Frantoio), guests will enjoy a convivial dinner with the producers themselves, tasting the fruit of their work enhanced by the selection of EVO oil and a couple of glasses of Chianti.
