- Suitcases, backpacks, parcels, containers, and large and medium-sized bags are not permitted inside the Dome(Cupola)
- Umbrellas, canes (when not used to assist walking), tripods for cameras, and film cameras are not permitted inside the Dome
- Knives, scissors, and metal tools that could be dangerous for people and the exhibited works are not permitted inside the Dome
- Please note that the guided tour does not include Brunelleschi's Dome(Cupola). You can climb the Cupola on your own with the timed-reserved tickets, 30 minutes after the Duomo Complex guided tour ends
- Please note that the tour requires a minimum number of guests to run
- Please note that if you arrive after the tour start time you will not be able to join and will not be refunded or have your tour rescheduled
